MAIN FEATURES:

1. Paper feeder adopts automatic overlap control system.

2. SCHNEIDER frequency converter is equipped for infinitely variable speed, and the operator can change the machine’s speed easily and guarantee the machine’s running stably and quietly.

3. Upper and down heating roller are equipped with cast aluminum heater for raising temperature, separating temperature control perfected the temperature keep steady, ensure the precision of double film lamination temperature.

4. Complex pressure adopts lever principle to enhance pressure, preventing it leaking efficiently, no pollution to the environment and the machine use or maintenance conveniently.

5. SCHNEIDER PLC system realize paper automatic cut and breakdown alert self-protection etc function.

6. Pneumatic film unwinding system positions film roll more accurately, and makes the loading and unloading of film roll and film unwinding tension much more convenient.

7. Double sets of serrated perforating wheels provide different choices for different specifications of sheets and film.

8. The cut paper is sent to paper receiving table automatically and put into order.
