INTRODUCTION:
Fully automatic square bottom paper bag machine used to produce hand-held paper bags with handles.This machine is especially suitable for mass production of shopping bags in food and clothing industries. The machine uses a hand-pull machine to make the rope and paper roll into a hand-handle.The hand-handle is sent to the sticking unit through the conveying system, and then the roll paper that is printed on the primary color paper is pre-pointed and pasted.Glue the film position and automatically paste the handle, and then the host machine will glue the paper with the handle, form a tube, cut, indent, coat the bottom, shape the bottom of the bag. and transport it out of the bag.The whole process is synchronized at one time carry out. This machine adopts a high-speed motion controller(CPU) imported from Germany and controls the operation of the servo through a high-speed bus to ensure stable motion and smooth motion curve.It is the preferred automatic portable5quare bottom paper bag equipment for most printing and packaging manufacturers.

4.Raw material loading adopts hydraulic auto-lifting structure. Unwind unit adopts auto tension control.
5.Raw material unwinding EPC adopts Italy SELECTRA, reducing material alignment time.
