QS100Z AUTOMATIC THREE-KNIFE TRIMMER
INTRODUCTIONS:
QS100Z automatic three-knife trimmer is a new generation of automatic three knife trimmer manufactured by our company. It is the result of a lot of efforts and research and development costs. It aims to improve the accuracy, reliability and efficiency of the machine. The machine has high degree of automation, flexible version change and convenient debugging. It can be connected with various types of gluing machines.
MAIN FEATURES:
QS100Z automatic three-knife trimmer is a high-perfor mance and cost-effect ive equipment developed by the company. The machine is designed at a cutting speed of 28 cuts/min, the maximum cutting height of 100mm, and the maxi mum finished cutting size of 380mm x 300mm, which can be connected to the three -sided cut ting unit on the production line.
The machine has an advanced desi gn concept, and the main machine and book feeding mechanism adopt servo motor programming to achieve functions of book feeding, alignment, cutting and binding. The moving components select imported linear guide rail and ball screw, automatic pulley system, which greatly improve the machine’s accuracy, operation stability and service life. The book lying press adjustment adopts touch screen setting. Mechanical book press device is a conventional configuration (hydraulic book press device is optional).
The machine parts are all produced by machining center and CNC equipment, which ensures the accuracy and compatibility of the parts.
The knife changing adopts fast knife loading device, drawer prefabricated parts, anti-spine rupture device, collision protection device, front knife air blow device, and side knife air blow device.
