VPJ-450 FLEXO PLATE MOUNTING MACHINE

 

 

 

MAIN FEATURES:
 
1.Flat table structure enables the cliche to be accurately and quickly positioned along the centre line under the cylinder.
2.Video cameras are mounted under a moveable cushion surfaced table facing upwards.The cameras are mounted on a high precision liner bearing and are moved to differentregister mark positions(different width plates)by andle positioned at the front of the machine.Print rollers are on the top ensure the camera safety and free for printing roller changing.
3.Twin channel process or linking camera images and tragel cross overlay on a 19°split screen LCD panel monitor with high contract and crystal clear image(1300000 pixel HD camera and 50times optical zoom lens original from pan.
4.Changeable pin holder design is suitable for most kinds of printing roller design.
5.Printing roller up/down is controlled by air cylinder which is more efficient and faster.
6.Move table to mount the plate can be done within several seconds.It's much faster than the traditional plate mounter,(There's rubber on the platform which will protect the cliche).
7.Table can be adjusted by 6 directions.Forward-backward and left-right regulation use linear guide rail+ball screw+handle to adjust.Only need to turn the handle liake play games,sfull of fun and easy job.Diagonal direction is controlled by guide screw.
8.Camera move use linear guide rail+ball screw+handle and can be controlled separately.
